Northern Cultural Expression Society
The Sundog Carving Studio (administered by the Northern Cultural Expressions Society) is a dynamic non-profit arts society with a mission to help emerging artists develop the artistic, cultural, social and business skills required for success.
The artists in the carving programs are grateful to our supporting partners: ServiceCanada, Yukon Justice, Teslin Tlingit Council, Kwanlin Dun First Nation, Little Salmon-Carmacks First Nation, Ta’an Kwach’an Council, Individual Learning Centre, Yukon Department of Education, Arts Underground… and all of the patrons who purchase their work.
Visitor options
- Option 1 – Downtown Whitehorse, 4th and Strickland, open Monday-Friday 9:30-4:30
- Option 2 – Sundog Retreat studio during intensive retreat weeks (email to inquire about schedule)
